I was preoccupied by the blogskin during the last 3days. And yes, the christmas theme wasn't a success. Ended up with a brown-pink layout. Had a hard time sorting out. But i would like to credit my sister, for her help. (: Otherwise i'll be still stuck in the blogskin that's not what i wanted. (Though this current one is not my ideal choice too, but much more resemblance.)
& i've finally understand why my sis can use the computer for so long! I'm actually posting this at 3am plus. But not a slightest sign of tiredness. The weather has been "shiok" today (14th dec)! So cooling. & thus started off with a good day :D
I'm gonna blog about the past 3days! The activities are still vivid in my mind!
SUNDAY, 14DEC
Went out for a dinner with my family. Ate 2kinds of special dishes, one of which people may find it cruel, thus i'm not naming it. But my dad claimed one of them is good for complexion, while mum heard the other is good for the lungs. & so i ate them. Both tasted faboulous. I've to sleep early! Stop burning midnight oils during the holi! YeYe said insufficient sleep can cause hair loss :X
FRIDAY, 12DEC
I went to "The Mahjong House" aka Brenda's hse to bake! Brenda suggested taking a 'after' & 'before' photo of Oreo. So, here it is: (He looks so cute!)
The baker of the day: Brenda's mum (shifu), Hui Neng & me! We baked strawberry shortbread, choc chip cookies & gingerbreadmen. Man.. my first time so successful in baking. No "chao da" (: 'cos shifu helped. In addition, the cookies are delicious! I was so excited and enthusiastic in the baking. Kept jumping about, some mad monkey.
Had my dinner at her house. I must say, her mum(shifu) is a great cook. I loved the Olive Rice and Tomyam. They are MARVELLOUS. The taste still lingers in my mouth. MMM...
Took some photos at her hse. Gonna finish the gingerbreadmen with icing at my house the nxt day.

SATURDAY, 13DEC
Day at my hse! Icing..! Made it will Hui Neng and some help from sis & TiTi. It is easy, but tedious. Took us hours to finish. Here's our brand new GINGERBREADMEN!
