4H CLASS CHALET THEME PARTY!

 WEELAALAA! CALLING FOR ALL 4HIANS Here's an update regarding the class chalet's THEME PARTY! We'll be having a dressed up party on 5th Jan 2009, the 2nd day of chalet. There're 10 themes altogether, in which the 40 of you will be split into groups of 4. You're to dress up according to the theme. There will be camwhoring, mini performance, rock with the music, & prizes to be won! The 10 themes: Ambition Beach Wear Geek HipHop Kawaii (dressed up as sth cute) Princess/Prince Punk Rebellious Style Sport Wear Vintage/Retro The following are groups that you've been appointed to: AMBITION: Juetong, Meixi, Tze Huoy, Gaoshang BEACH WEAR: Yunqi, Junhao, Jennifer, Pramesh GEEK: Derek, Sunshine, Deyi, Kaiting HIPHOP: Shiyun, Timothy, Jasmine, Jenin KAWAII: Fulin, Hannah, Zihan, Eeting PRINCE/PRINCESS: Guanchiap, Chijie, Shuting, Sinren PUNK: Jaslin, William, Shixuan, Samuel REBELLIOUS STYLE: Colleen, Chengmun, Szegee, Junping SPORTS WEAR: Serena, Jianwei, Junfei, Johan VINTAGE/RETRO: Sam, Jenny, Kaylin, Huichin Bring your own clothes and accessories for your theme and put them on! Items provided are wires (for geek specs, crown, ...), Ribbon (bow, ...), pins & masking tape. Groups are chosen based on drawing lots. If you're not please with your appointed theme, please inform Jaslin, Kaiting or Shiyun. (Before 2nd Jan) We'll try our outmost best to rearrange. 3Days 2nights. 24-26DEC I'm back from CRUISE! (: overall, the trip was enjoyable. Ate lots of food like a hungry bear. & .. I LOVE BACARDI COKE! :D Bacardi makes the coke less 'gassy', Coke makes the Bacardi sweeter. Perfect Combination! Well, my mum wanna celebrate Christmas somewhere. So we intend to go on Cruise, something different. I went on Cruise once when i was real young, with cousins. It was super fun! (:
This time we board STARCRUISE VIRGO. We booked the last 2 cabin. Fully booked!
Day 1 (24thDEC)
Not much. We're supposed to check in at 8pm at harbourfront. We were early, but there was a long queue alr! As time passed, it was 排长龙啊! Like a dragon making turns. There were lots of foreigners, people from India, Indonesia, China... We waited till it was about late 10pm, then finally, we board the ship! HURRAY! ;D There was a short performance during the countdown to X'mas. Aerobics, songs, dance, hat passing. Then 3.. 2.. 1.. CHRISTMAS! (: (photos arranged by my sister) Thereafter, we proceeded on to the 'Galaxy of the Stars'! Party baby! Shake it! :P
     That was 'SHIOK'! (:
Day 2 (25thDEC) Day of exploration. We went to jacuzzi, warm soothing waters, calm your nerves.
We went to Karaoke and to the deck. It was windy & not scotching hot.         And later during the day, the ship stopped at Malaysia's harbour. We took cabs to Port Tingy (no idea abt spelling), a 20min ride from there, to a shopping centre called Jusco. It's surprisingly larger then expected. We shopped for 3hrs, but stepped on less then half of the building.  The ship's behind.   It was an exciting day. But i think it would be great if you bring young kids along, since there's a childcare centre. And for adults, they can enjoy at the casino. (: 8:51 PM

Mum's birthday! (:

It's been a LONG time since i last update. Celebrated Mum's birthday on the 23rd. As usual, we did last min work again. Rushed through the birthday card in the early afternoon. But the card was to our liking. In fact, we're pretty proud of it! I did some sewing of a christmas tree for the front, whereas my sis did those crayons deco. Took us each 3h to accomplish! Argh, can't upload picture of the card to comp. Anw, Titik made a card too! It's sewed on words! (: Later at night, we went for dinner. Totally no idea where we're going. Dad drove us to Novena and we ended up at Brauhaus restaurant and pub. "PUB"! i was like.. Pa, are you sure? Celebrate mummy's birthday here?! It's like noisy, dark, filled with bottles of alcohol everywhere. Disagreed with the place. And clearly, it's a place that my grandfather won't go. (He prefers chinese cuisine.) I just followed tho, & dad claims the food and atmosphere is nice. Hmm, but after awhile, i started to understand. And yes, there's a live band (2person), and the place was so lively! They sang "happy birthday" song ;D        7:57 PM

i'm back with blogging! :D teelalala~ today is officially 23DEC, my dearest MUMMY's birthday! woohoo! (: & my sis and i started wishing her when the clock striked 12. We wanted to buy a mini cake, but argh.. i started remembering it when it's 11.45pm, while sis just come into the room and asked me about it too. We tooked some photos though. (with me in pyjamas) :X   & i'm gonna start another long post again. Seems like i love posting one shot of the past days activities. But i'm gonna make them short and sweet. (try) I think i'll get bored. just posting days of activities only. But they may be useful. When i grow older, i can reminiscent those times? Anyway, i guess i'm having a blog now for the sake of having fun. I love typing and just saying whatever things in my mind. However, there are limitations having a non-private blog. See, i'm just saying rubbish. LALALA. MONDAY, 22DEC
I went to East Coast Park with Clara! (: and i joined her with some of her church friends, which comprises most of her cousins. We cycled together using the 2men bike, with me at the back. I wanted to be at the front, the one controlling the bike, however, i will just endanger her. So i shall be the one relaxing while she struggles. But i did end up with blueblacks on knees due to frequent knocks on the handle. Below are some photos at her house. When we were exhausted and tired out. Drew whatever's in our mind.   SUNDAY,21DEC

The same old usual activity. I was being bored in the afternoon and played with some icing. Which was super long time ago. FRIDAY,19DEC Went out with Astroboi to watch IP MAN. It was ages ago since we last contact! The movie was good (: tho not say really fantastic. And i went for a christmas party at night with some classmates. Alright, i thought it was really some kind of party where you'll eat like shiok or, well, you can imagine. And we were discussing our attires (formal). But the people there dressed casually. Luckily my attire wasn't far off. I found their way of exchanging presents interesting, by telling a story with 'left' & 'right', determinig the direction to pass the presents. Days at Orchard

TUESDAY, 16DEC Out to Orchard with my dear sister to look for my mum's birthday present. & suggested wearing something nicer. I wanted to wear a dress, which makes me look like some bar waitress. In which i think looks more suitable for parties, where i'll make cocktails. After much considerations, i decided to wear something less exaggerating. Feels more comfortable. My style-- comfortable. No matter how beautiful i wear, i feel awkward in it, it'll not be some clothes that i find nice. As usual, took photos with sis. Orchard's X'mas deco. (:    We wanted to go to Far East Plaza. Somehow, we have no sense of direction and ended up at Takashimaya. A good thing, 'cos bought Mum's present, together with some others. & we proceed on to our initial destination. It was a LONG way. I wore the wrong shoes, which hurts the whole day. We made lots of wrong turns, which adds to the pain. & when we finally reach there, the shops were closing! Nvm, treat it as a form of exercise. Had a great day with her (: 
WEDNESDAY, 17DEC And again, i went to ORCHARD! However, this time with Huineng and Eeting. Some sort of advanced X'mas outing since i'll not be free some other days. This time, i shall be smarter. I wore a casual outfit and slippers. It seems sloppy, but i just feel like wearing it. We went to Dhoby Ghaut to watch the 3D BOLT. I thought the show was just "so-so". And i had to hold on to the large specs since it feels uncomfortable. I went to Far East Plaza again & saw the same scenario, shops closing. But i managed to buy a smiley slipper. I guess it'll brighten my day when i wear it. .jpg)
Later at night, i went to my house's prata place to eat. Played with the sauce after the meal. I know it's rude, but i couldn't help it. And here's the MONSTER smiley: 
It looks disgusting in this picture. But seriously, it looks much better in reality. And guess what? The "prata man" found it interesting and took a photo! :D 8:47 AM

 I was preoccupied by the blogskin during the last 3days. And yes, the christmas theme wasn't a success. Ended up with a brown-pink layout. Had a hard time sorting out. But i would like to credit my sister, for her help. (: Otherwise i'll be still stuck in the blogskin that's not what i wanted. (Though this current one is not my ideal choice too, but much more resemblance.)
& i've finally understand why my sis can use the computer for so long! I'm actually posting this at 3am plus. But not a slightest sign of tiredness. The weather has been "shiok" today (14th dec)! So cooling. & thus started off with a good day :D
I'm gonna blog about the past 3days! The activities are still vivid in my mind!
SUNDAY, 14DEC
Went out for a dinner with my family. Ate 2kinds of special dishes, one of which people may find it cruel, thus i'm not naming it. But my dad claimed one of them is good for complexion, while mum heard the other is good for the lungs. & so i ate them. Both tasted faboulous.
I've to sleep early! Stop burning midnight oils during the holi! YeYe said insufficient sleep can cause hair loss :X
FRIDAY, 12DEC
I went to "The Mahjong House" aka Brenda's hse to bake! Brenda suggested taking a 'after' & 'before' photo of Oreo. So, here it is: (He looks so cute!)
 The baker of the day: Brenda's mum (shifu), Hui Neng & me!
We baked strawberry shortbread, choc chip cookies & gingerbreadmen. Man.. my first time so successful in baking. No "chao da" (: 'cos shifu helped. In addition, the cookies are delicious! I was so excited and enthusiastic in the baking. Kept jumping about, some mad monkey.
  
Had my dinner at her house. I must say, her mum(shifu) is a great cook. I loved the Olive Rice and Tomyam. They are MARVELLOUS. The taste still lingers in my mouth. MMM...

SATURDAY, 13DEC Day at my hse! Icing..! Made it will Hui Neng and some help from sis & TiTi. It is easy, but tedious. Took us hours to finish. Here's our brand new GINGERBREADMEN!
